All images produced by us are subject to copyright © restrictions.

The images contained within this site, and all images produced by "Digital Imaging Wales" are copyrighted to Kevin Jones LSWPP and may not be copied, scanned, downloaded or duplicated by any other means without the express permission of the copyright holder (Kevin Jones). Images for commercial purposes will be issued with a license to allow copying within strict guidelines. Images produced at weddings, during studio sessions and on location are all subject to the above restrictions.

Often copied images are of inferior quality due to scanning or photocopying, and to maintain the integrity of Digital Imaging Wales's stringent quality standards we ask you not to accept or distribute any copies which could damage the reputation of the business.

If additional copies of an image are required you are required to request the copies from Digital Imaging Wales, and to pay the asking price less any discounts if applicable for the additional images. Our prices are fair and reasonable and when wedding packages are booked additonal image copies are often issued with a generous discount therefore negating the chance of owning an inferior quality copy.

We will not hesitate to bring a legal action against any individual or company found to be breaching the copyright by using, distributing or selling on images copyrighted to Digital Imaging Wales or Kevin Jones LSWPP.
